the staff were very friendly. they were as helpful as possible. the rooms were nice. breakfast had many options of delicious breads. the fruit and pancakes were wonderful.
the rooms seemed very tired. furniture was badly marked. the room did not seem clean. the bedding had marks around it.

the staff were helpful it was good to have the pool bar nearby
the room was not what i expected it did not have the promised view also the air conditioning was not effective making the nights uncomfortable breakfast was chaotic finding a table outside was difficult and the buffet quality was inconsistent it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for

The breakfast offered plentiful choices. I found many options that suited my taste! The lounge provided evening entertainment, which I found relaxing after a long day of exploring. I greatly appreciated the ample parking spaces near the hotel, made coming and going easy. The staff were helpful and professional. They attended to all my needs efficiently.
My room felt a bit far from the restaurant, but it was manageable.
